1.About this video

This new short on the Razia Azeem Official channel is about the virtue of zikr — the remembrance of Allah — and one of the simplest, most rewarding forms of it: saying “SubhanAllah” one hundred times. A small habit with a huge reward, and a direct cure for the restlessness of the heart.

2.Key reflections

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever says ‘SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi’ one hundred times a day, his sins will be forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea” (Sahih al-Bukhari 6405; Sahih Muslim 2691). And in another narration: “Whoever says ‘SubhanAllah’ one hundred times, a thousand good deeds are recorded for him” (Sahih Muslim 2698). The Quran tells us why dhikr works: “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest” (Quran 13:28). One hundred times takes barely two minutes — morning or evening, at home or on the way to work.
