1.About this video
This new video on the Razia Azeem Official channel is about a very special time: the blessed hour of Friday in which dua is accepted. The Prophet ﷺ told us about this hour, and this reminder focuses on the part of Jumu’ah when it is sought — especially the time after Asr. A short watch that can change how you spend your Fridays.
2.Key reflections
The Prophet ﷺ said: “There is an hour on Friday, and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand” (Sahih al-Bukhari 935). About exactly when this hour falls, one well-known narration tells us: Friday has twelve hours, and within them is an hour in which a Muslim does not ask Allah for anything but He gives it to him — so seek it in the last hour after Asr (Sunan Abi Dawud 1048, graded sahih by al-Albani). The Quran gives the promise behind it: “When My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me” (Quran 2:186).
